Provision of information as defined by the law of the Upper Austrian Government PSC. This includes information on the requirements for the supply of and access to services on the territory of Upper Austria, in particular on the procedures and formalities to be followed, and information on the public authorities responsible for procedures relating to the supply of and access to services.
Forwarding of applications and enquiries to the competent authority or to another competent Point of Single Contact.

For the purpose of processing your request, your personal data will be forwarded to the following recipients:
the competent authority
the competent Point of Single Contact
The data will not be transferred to third countries (i.e. countries that are not EU member states).
Please note:
The deletion of the data takes place at the end of the scrapping period after 30 years.
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data, to have the data corrected or deleted, and to restrict the ways in which the data may be processed. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
