After the death of a holder of a permit to run a skiing school, this permit may still be exercised
by the estate,
by the surviving spouse entitled to inherit or registered partner entitled to inherit or any children or adopted children entitled to inherit,
by the liquidator for account or for the bankruptcy estate,
by the forced administrator or tenant appointed by the court,
based on a notification sent to the provincial government within two months. If more than one person is entitled to continue operations, they have a joint right, unless the holder of the permit to run a skiing school decided otherwise in a legally effective manner. If the person entitled to continue operations does not meet the requirements set out in § 57c Oö. Tourismusgesetz 2018, a managing director shall be named in the notification who meets these requirements.
This right to continue operations expires at the end of the second winter season following the death of the holder.
